Change of mind:

You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to return or exchange your item if you change your mind or made an incorrect purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition for replacement.

If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less our original shipping costs. We will credit you for a future sale (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) should the new item you select be of a lower value. Any items returned that are not in new or unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for postage costs for both the return and delivery of the exchange. Please ensure your parcel is trackable, as we will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive.

Incorrect Item Post:

If we have accidentally posted an incorrect item to you, please contact us so we can organise the return and replacement. We will cover the cost of post once we confirm that it is our fault for the error. The item should be returned in the original product packaging and must be in new and unused condition. Any items returned that are not in new or unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging will not be accepted.

After the 14 day return period, Knife Master AU reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit. Any alterations, use, or damage occurring after the item leaves our facilities will void our liability to accept the return of such item.
